I'm so grateful to be going for Yoga Nidra, taught by Dr. Marc Halpern and Sivananda's Yoga Teacher Training course. Once I return, I'll offer Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) and private Yoga sessions to my clients.

I'll be going to the Celebration of Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda (CCA). This is an annual event when CCA opens its doors to the community and offers yoga, lectures and a celebration (which includes a graduation ceremony). Read more about it here.
